I think we can all agree that John Wick was one of the more enjoyable actioners of recent times – and pretty much the perfect vehicle for Keanu Reeves.

So we’re pretty happy a second installment is on the way, and the first teaser trailer has landed.

To be honest, it very much seems to be a case of ‘more of the same’, but considering the first opus is that really a problem?

Here’s the synopsis:

In this next chapter following the 2014 hit, legendary hitman John Wick (Keanu Reeves) is forced back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassins’ guild.  Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world’s deadliest killers.

Written by Derek Solstad and directed by Chad Stahelski, JOHN WICK: CHAPTER TWO boasts an all-star cast featuring Keanu Reeves, Common, Riccardo Scamarcio, Laurence Fishburne, Ruby Rose, Bridget Moynahan, Lance Reddick, Franco Nero, with John Leguizamo, and Ian McShane.

And here’s the trailer:
