Featuring Jared Leto’s radical rethink of The Joker, Margot Robbie’s deliciously psychotic Harley Quinn (and Will Smith of course), the Comic Con trailer for Suicide Squad has bounced online due to public pressure.

Truth be told, we’re not as crazy about it as a lot of people seem to be – don’t get us wrong, we like it – but we’re still eagerly awaiting the August 2016 release.

Offering a welcome slant on the superhero flicks flooding cinemas at present, writer/director David Ayers’ film sees a host of DC super villains recruited by the government to carry out secret missions, leading to plenty of action if the trailer is to be believed.

The cast is stellar, with the likes of Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney and Viola Davis popping up, as well as Ben Affleck in his Batman guise.
