Following the launch of our monthly Harlow Horror Night event at the end of last year, with our good friends at We Heart Horror, we have shared some great evenings with like-minded horror fanatics as we expose them to little-known horror gems for their enjoyment.

Held at the media theatre at Essex’s University Centre Harlow, our next event will be held on the evening of 14th May where we have the pleasure of being joined by filmmaker John Shackleton.

The evening will begin at 6.30pm, where we will begin with the screening of a horror short, followed by a screening of Shackleton’s film The Sleeping Room - which had its world premiere at London Fright Fest 2014.

A Q&A with the director/co-writer will follow this screening.

Entry to the event, refreshments and car parking are all free, but due to limited seating we will need to know the names of those that plan to attend in advance – email  simon@movieramblings.com for further details.

In anticipation of this event, you can view the official film trailer below.

He is currently working with director Richard Loncraine to explore all avenues in a bid to orchestrate the re-release of 1978 Mia Farrow chiller Full Circle
