I’ll be brutally honest with you – as much as I love the Terminator movies, I’m not sure I need another one.

Whether it was the disappointment of the last entry, or the slightly ‘past its sell-by date’ vibe the franchise is giving off, the arrival of Terminator Genisys comes with a hearty shrug of the shoulders from me.

And the arrival of the trailer, although certainly looking technically impressive and high on spectacle, has hardly improved my mood, if for no other reason than I couldn’t really work out what was going on.

Part remake, part reboot, this will no doubt still be worth watching, if for no other reason than Arnie returning to his iconic role.

Also starring the likes of Emilia Clarke and Jai Courtney, and directed by Alan Taylor, Terminator Genisys lands in cinemas in July 2015.
