A video has appeared online over at IGN of Anchorman’s Ron Burgundy confused by the fact that Peter Capaldi is playing the Doctor.

Of course its no coincidence that today is the 50th anniversary of the seminal BBC series, so it’s suitably fitting that Paramount and the Anchorman team would like to pay some sort of tribute to the ageing Time Lord.

Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues is out later this year.
