Latest: Noah poster debuts Colin D Miller November 13, 2013 Latest News and Videos 2483 The first poster for Darren Aronofsky’s Noah has been released online. We don’t usually comment on such things here at movieramblings.com, but as generic posters go this one has brought a smile to our face for all the wrong reasons. We’re pretty baffled that the poster has neglected any presence of boats and animals – two pretty important factors in the story of Noah. And judging but Noah’s stance (assuming it is him of course), it looks like he is about to take on the sea with a spear. Perhaps that is the new angle on this tale? Extreme Fishing with Maximus maybe? Knowing Russell Crowe, he will probably win in all fairness. Finally, the horizon is wonky and when straightened out, it leaves Noah tilting to one side. So either he is bit hammered or a master of balance on top of being an accomplishing carpenter and ship builder. With all silliness aside, we’re actually looking quite forward to this one. Both Russell Crowe and Darren Aronofsky have a solid track record, so if previous form is anything to go by (and not generic poster design) we should all be in for a treat.
