Here at Movie Ramblings we are all big fans of Robert Rodriguez, and we cannot wait for Machete Kills later this year.

Well, to fill the gap, Rodriguez has his grubby (in a good way) mitts all over Curandero: Dawn Of The Demon, an action-packed horror flick that trawls its way through the Mexican underworld.

The film stars Carlos Gallardo, who fans may remember as the star of El Mariachi – this time playing a character called upon to purify a police station, only to find himself immersed in a satanic battleground.
