A trailer has been released from the upcoming Ti West movie The Innkeepers.

Described by Eli Roth as “One of the best, smartest and scariest indie horror films that I’ve seen”, The InnKeepers stars Sara Paxton, Pat Healy and Kelly McGillis and is due out on 8th June 2012.
